I have seen a few videos online of Latina mamas, they are pretty funny, I laughed, and also let me tell you something it make me proud to be Latina, because we can laugh about things like but definitely made us better people. 

Do you remember when we were waking up at 7 am on the weekend to the noise of the opening and closing doors and there it was mom with la escoba barriendo, limpiando and picking up our own messes. Or where every little things needed a place, or if you use it put it back or the so call spring cleaning where old stuff and thing we are not using needed to go.

Now I remember and smile , when I moved by myself for the first time, all of that came up and sure, it was easier to just jump on it and do it. Yes, I give it to you moms out there, that clean the house, get the kids ready for school and also work, yes it’s a lot in your hands but don’t you feel gratitude at the end of the day you accomplish every little task of the day?and those building your own business, creating a routine and maintaining things organize to the best of your ability?

Did you know in Japan, the kids are taught in school to clean up the room after class?  They believe in rituals and organization for productivity.

Feng Shui is the study of time and space. It’s based on an ancient Chinese art that seeks to attract positive life energy or chi by arranging your surroundings so that energy flows freely.

Basically, the theory is that your environment affects the way you feel. Feng Shui and organizing go hand and hand, it’s all about order.

In our mind everything is like files. When we are looking for something or bringing back a memory, we bring that file to the front forth to bring clarity. It is the reason meditation, journaling, walking or exercise is a great way to clear and maintain mental space and the brain releases chemicals. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to morphine.

Creating a small routine and organizing your time will help you to improve in many levels and realize that we can find time to have fun.

One my favorite organization, it’s small bins. I separate everything into categories and make it easier to use. You can find little bins in Amazon or even your dollar store. 

Also, mason jars, I use mason jars for everything and of course everything has a label.

It helps to have a routine. Morning time is the one that works best for me, coffee, meditation, journaling and a small gratitude list.

Do you have a routine? Just for you, not the kids or just getting ready in the morning. A routine where you take 15 minutes of the busy day for you!

Since I touch a little bit in the subject of Fen Shui in this blog, I think I will be adding more in my next blog, what are my basic, the origins of Fen Shui and what is good for.

Learning to live intentional bring satisfaction and compassion with ourselves and others and it’s so much more than just living!

I don’t do it perfectly but that it’s ok, I’m still learning and I’m ok with being student, it’s ok to adding one thing at the time!
